MELBOURNE MUSEUM

As an enduring draw card for Melbourne Museum, the dinosaur exhibition was in need of a new brand awareness campaign. In an increasingly crowded holiday entertainment sector, new brand materials were developed in order reach a larger audience, in conjunction with the umbrella museum brand.

The successful brand campaign was instrumental in communicating the contemporary aspect of the Museum, whilst engaging new levels of activity. Elements included metro outdoor, newspaper advertising, electronic direct mail as well as on-site materials.


BLACK FIRE WHITE ICE

The fashion forward mandate of the ‘next generation’ of jewellery designers, was the brand print for the new identity for the Black Fire White Ice exhibition. With various premium collateral touch points created, the results have been a well received and recognised new brand image. Tying in promotionally with Harper’s Bazaar magazine in Australia, the repute of this national jewellery award exhibition has increased dramatically.


THE BLACK SPARROW

To showcase their sophisticated but authentic brand ethos, The Black Sparrow brand look was designed around the warmth and quirkiness of their specific business. A playful identity with an eclectic illustrative was crafted for their collateral requirements and online presence.


SYDNEY DANCE COMPANY

BRAND IDENTITY; ART DIRECTION; IMAGERY; DIGITAL

In order to revitalise their brand ID, the Sydney Dance Company commissioned a vibrant and contemporary, ‘revolving’ design that is applicable to various communications. A matching colour range is used through every new design, with a focus on impactful imagery, so that the visual territory can expand into a younger target market. The various other elements include metro outdoor, bills and social media.

As an ongoing collaboration between young local designers and various industry promoters, the Showcased catalogue created a platform for new designers and buyers locally and internationally. The new identity was designed with a fashion led brand engagement strategy to work with various looks. The resulting ‘unfolding booklet’ was able to be promoted across event displays and outdoor posters.
